good. hotel at panchgami was not a 3 star property.very average. there was a breakdown of vehicle on day 1 and had got a replacement vehicle next day.

itenary provided by grab your holidays included many places in wayanad and coorg. however, the places were very far from each other and there wasn’t enough time to visit all of them. i suggest the agent to know the distance between the places and then guide the customers instead of just browsing. only problem was driver dint know any places and routes in wayanad as he belonged to karnataka as he visited wayanad only once before. we had managed with the map and visited places that we could.

desk service was remarkable.it was nice especially travelling part.hotel at shirdi was not up to standard specially food and service. hotel at aurangabad was quite nice but dinner , lunch was not available. breakfast under package was insufficient and very limited.

it was a pretty good experience. hotel stay could be better especially in respect to food. also in shirdi hotel rooms were not up to the mark. they were ok for an overnight stay.

driver did not seen local shightseeing so i lost two major places.

Not as good as our hopes. Once payment deposited they doesn't support us. I requested in between travelling for some difficulties but no response from them

vehicle was old one with lot of noise.driver was busy in talking over phone not on driving.we travelled for 6 hours and he talked for 5 hours on phone .not worthy for money paid

Hotel was good, cab provided was average, tires were puncture, ac was not working fine, Driver was demanding and not helpful, he has not shown all the points, timing was of 6 am to leave home but he came at 7:30, also he was lying continues to us, requesting food and accommodation from us, as per package we should have travelled third day but he asked to leave early and drop us home at 3pm, as he wants to sleep

Management must be improved. Control over and communication with driver must be improved.
