    i would like to start by saying that because of namaste india my trip was a huge success. it is rare to find a proper travel agency offering good quality and hassle free buddhist tour packages. i went on this journey with my husband and the journey was incredibly fun and spiritual. our tour operator, guide and everyone involved was so helpful. the food and hotel that was provided was as per our liking. it was just perfect! thank you so much for giving us this memorable experience of a lifet

    Me and my mother (78+) were on this trip to Yamunotri,Gangotri, Kedarnath Badrinath. We had all our bookings done on the Namaste India trip website. We enjoyed their service specially Meals, Accommodation, vehicle. Tour guide was very cooperative & help us during temple Darshan Our driver (Sanjeev) is a very nice chap. He knows the roads and is very safe and cool in driving.

    The travel services were very good. The car driver(Ramesh) was excellent and helpful.However, i was extremely disappointed with the Hotel Sonora. The rooms were not very clean, the upholstry was filthy and the general level of service was really low. The waiters seemed to be little kids and didnt seem to understand a thing. The only good point about the Hotel was the food. Thats was good. The APTDC Hotel in Aruku was good. Rooms were spacious and clean. Service was good.However, the food and cleanliness in the restaurant was very poor. I must state however, that i had opted for Sonora on friends feedback but that i think was a big mistake.

    brake fast was good, lunch and dinner not so well in 20-21 lunch and dinner 13-14 time potato bhaji ?????????????? and hotel room allotment system not proper maintain by tour manager, aged people wanted ground floor room and he alloted us socond or third floor. Not include in between point which is maintioned in brochure. evening tea not gave daily two three times only gave only tea not coffee. It is ok

    We (Me and my Wife) traveled through Namaste India Trip.com. Right from the day one, the experience has been terrible. The accommodation provided was below average. Excepting for one place, in all the other places the accommodation provided was not in the specified hotels as per the brochure. Food quality is average overall, though it was good couple of times. The guidance was very bad. The tour guide was not at all cooperative. We lost one day of tour in Rishikesh, as bus was not arranged on first day and we were forced to stay on roads in Rishikesh all through the day. We booked helicopter ride in Kedarnath, but was told that the confirmed bookings were cancelled giving misleading & totally wrong information with illogical reasons. A lot is desired in terms of planning, managing, and execution in all aspects of the group tour (including accommodation, travel, food, etc.). Inexperienced, incapable and non-cooperative crisis management at field throughout the tour. Overall, it has been a horrendous experience.
