super service with nice cab & driver.... very happy from shub tour & travel.

my family and i well enjoyed the 3 days at mumbai darshan. the travel consultant was well organized and arranged everything for us, including a hotel, which is around 15-20 minutes from the airport. their driver arrived near our room at least 5-10 minutes prior to starting the trip. anytime we can, we communicate with the travel consultant even though they are far away from us. anyway, i enjoyed the trip. i am very happy and thankful to the consultant.

The trip was well organised.

Pick & drop was on time. Driver behavior was nice. Hotel was clean and food was too tasty. Sightseeing was also organised in a well planned manner. Overall i will give 5/5 rating to Shubh Tour and Travel Consultancy and in future i am planning to book same company for travel.

It was exelent deal Goa package with flight. Hotel was comfortable and food was good. Sightseeing was also good. Suggesstion given by shubh team was amazing. They look after their client always. Overall experence was awesome. I love the shubh arrangements.

Everything was fine.Except that the driver asked for parking money at a couple of places when he should not have asked for it.

It was a decent trip. Expected little proactive information transfers with us, apart from that it was an amazing trip.

Trip was good. Car was not so comfortable. Driver and stay was good.

Room at coorg jungle was a sub standard category room, the room was without ac, which was not communicated to us prior to our travel. It was just a matter of 400-500 Rs difference between their next category of room with ac and this non ac one. So we were wondering why you'll booked this category of room for us. Especially for someone who is staying taj gateway and regaalis hotel on their trip, this room is like an anti-climax. The room size was also very small, no proper toilet and dust all over the fan. Next time please don't do this with any other travelers. For just 1000 rs the whole experience of the trip and staying at coorg became depressing for us. Even the hotel room at Regaalis had 2 separate beds, which is completely unacceptable for couples travelling together, they later joined the beds, but still it was uncomfortable. It was just a matter of one night so we didn't say much. But again, if you want a seamless experience for your customers, these small things are the ones that matter the most. When we travellers plan a trip through firms like yours we trust you'll completely and do not feel the need to look into minor nitigrities like room categories and joint beds.

We Had paid for high class Hotels/Resorts but we were given services were Excelent Hotel in Bangalore, Good Hotel In Mysore, Bad Hotel/Resort in Ooty and Worst Hotel/Resort in Kodaikanal, respectively. STTC provided a Good Guide and average Tempo but thought of Tempo were very good for us. Provision Wonderalla Park Tickets was also very good for our entertainment. Rooms provision in Ooty and Kodaikanal were very bad experience for us, might be they(STTC) haven't visited ever these hotels/resorts. They must visit and arrange these kind of hotels.

Sorry to say one of the worst trip... You ppl suggested wrong travells.

Worst driver I received which spoiled my total trip, just because of the agent hospitality we kept quiet .
